We love weddings and specialise in providing mobile bar solutions for all types of weddings. When it comes to providing a mobile bar service for your wedding we offer a service which is tailored to meet your exact wedding day requirements. 

 

Our bars are fully stocked with over 50 different spirits with a wide range of mixers and a full selection of beers, wines and ciders as standard. We allow you to choose exactly what you want stocked so every one of your guests is catered for. You pick your choice of products from our extensive product list. full cocktail service as standard and we can create customised menus and signature cocktails.

 

We have a range of bar options to suit your wedding and you can pick the one that suits your style of wedding the most. You then choose the type of bar service you would like. We can provide anything from premium bottle bars to full draught set ups. Cocktail bars, Gin Bars, Prosecco Bars and everything in between. Then you choose the payment option you would like for drinks service. We can provide everything to suit from cash/card bars where guest pay for their own drinks, an open bar if you want your guests to have a free bar and pre paid bars where you pre pay for a set amount of drinks. 

 

We also take care of all the little extra bits like glass hire, toasting drinks, table wine and welcome drinks. 

 

We charge a standard booking fee of £180 for all our hire options and includes the following:

 

• Secures the date for your chosen event

• Option to pick all products and cocktails

• Full bar hire for the duration of your event

• A licence to allow the sale of alcohol at your event known as a Temporary Event Notice (TEN)

• A full team of professional and experienced bar tenders and event manager.

• All glassware, ice, straws and bar equipment needed for a full bar service.

The Arrival Drinks 

£2.95 per person. This includes 1 drink per guest with all glassware. Some popular options are the classic pimms and lemonade, english country garden gin cocktail, glass of prosecco, classic gin and tonic or bottled beers and ciders for the guys. We can even provide a mixture of welcome drinks to keep all your guests happy! 

 

Toast Drinks

£2.95 per person. Our high quality Da Luca prosecco is used and you can choose between the classic white prosecco or our rose prosecco. Includes 1 drink per guest with all glassware. Garnished with edible flowers for a simple and elegant look. 

 

Table Wine

If you would like us to provide the table wine for your big day we can provide table wines starting from just £8 per bottle. It’s worth checking out our price as we are able to provide quality wines at trade prices and also offer a sale or return option so you won’t be left with any unwanted stock. We have a wide range of wines to suit all tastes and budgets. We will happily send out a selection of samples for a small £10 fee. 

 

Cordials and Squash

We will provide unlimited squash and cordials for children and non drinkers to enjoy at your wedding FREE of charge. Great for keeping guests hydrated during those hot summer months!

 

Soft Drinks

£1.50 per person. If you would like to swap table wine, toast or arrival drinks for children or non drinkers at your wedding we can do this for just £1.50pp.

 

Tea and Coffee

For just £50 we will provide unlimited tea and coffee for your guests to enjoy. We have a huge section of flavoured teas and all crockery is included. 

 

Beer Barrows

These are great for welcome drink displays or just an additional free drink for your guests. Great for rustic themed weddings. Each wheelbarrow includes 48 bottles of lager or cider filled with ice and priced at £88 each.

 

Prosecco/Gin Stations

We can provide a range of fresh fruits and herbs with a selection of liqueurs and cordials all set up so your guests can purchase a glass or bottle of prosecco and then add their preferred garnish. You can even provide a certain amount of bottles or glasses of prosecco for guests if the budget allows. Vintage jars and bottles with vintage looking labels all presented on a white step ladder looks stunning and is a great touch for any wedding. A variety of over 20 fresh fruit garnishes and cordials for just £75.
