Hire
Cash Bar
We set up a fully functioning bar and guests pay per drink. This is our most popular option as it costs the bride and groom nothing apart from the £180 booking fee. It’s literally the same set up as any other bar you would visit on a night out. Our cash bars also have full card facilities should guests wish to pay by card.
Open Bar
You set a limit on the bar spend which can either be increased once spent or we can revert to a cash bar once the limit has been reached. This is a great alternative to welcome or arrival drinks.
Pre Paid Bar
You pre pay for a certain amount of drinks for your guests. We will then provide you with the said amount of tokens which guests can exchange at the bar. This option gives you more control on the amount of free drinks everyone will get and stops your more boozy guests drinking more than their fair share and draining the free tab. With tokens you are guaranteed everyone gets the same amount of drinks or you can give key people in the wedding additional tokens as a thank you.
Dry Hire
We provide a full bar hire package so you can run the bar yourselves. We provide the bar structure, back bar, bottle coolers and everything you need to run all a full bar service. All you need to do is supply the stock! We also include ice and full glass hire with our dry hire package for just £500. You can staff the bar yourselves or we can provide professional and experienced staff
if required. We do require a £250 damage deposit that is returned within a week of the event should the equipment be returned in full working order and undamaged.
Bar Tender Hire

This option is perfect for smaller gatherings, home parties and for people who just require an experienced bar tender to shake up some cocktails for their event as opposed to needing a full mobile bar service.
We will send you over a list of extensive cocktails and you will pick 4-6 cocktails that would like on the menu for your guests to choose from. We will then send you a shopping list so you can purchase the correct quantities of everything required. This means you are able to buy everything at cost price or indeed ask all your guests to bring a bottle to help cover the alcohol costs. The benefit of this is you are not charged for the stock required, you get to keep any alcohol that is left over and your guests are not charged per drink like a paying bar. It’s effectively a free cocktail bar for the 4 hours. The perfect addition to any party!
Our bar tenders would typically work a 3-4 hour shift, during that time they will make as many cocktails for the guests as the time allows or until the booze runs out! They will bring all the equipment required to make the drinks, all the glassware and also all the ice required.
Each bar tender is available at £250 for a 4 hour shift and we would normally suggest one bar tender for every 30 people. If additional bar tenders are required we can provide them at a discounted rate.
